Or we can say that it is a way to develop novel or unorthodox solutions that do not depend wholly on past or current solutions.
Collaboration
It is all about working together, towards a common goal.
Communication
It is the act of thinking about what we wish to say before uttering words, of organizing the thoughts we wish others to hear and discuss so they will result in appropriate action.
